The screw rod is made of nitrogen steel which is wear resistant. Its diameter is 0.6inch and LD is 14:1. The screw cylinder is made of nitrogen steel, which is high temperature resistant, high pressure resistant and wear resistant.
  • 【Customizable Die】The die is made of nitrogen steel which is wear resistant. The diameter of the extruded plastic line is 0.1inch(2.8mm). Dies of different sizes or shapes can be customized.
  • 【0.022-1.1lbs/h】A 90W motor is included to provide power to the screw rod during extrusion. The extrusion speed is adjustable by a speed controller. The maximum output capacity is 0.022-1.1lbs/h.
  • 【Adjustable Heating and Cooling Temperature】The heating system is used for melting plastic material. The heating power is 300W. The max. temperature is 500°F. The cooling system is used for cooling in the process of pressing to avoid the plastic melting by the high temperature produced by friction from rotation of screw rod. The cooling temperature is also adjustable.
