Special Features

  • MATERIAL: Tin plated copper for corrosion resistance and reliable conductivity. PVC insulation handles up to 75° C.
  • SECURE CONNECTION: Closed-ring design resists vibration loosening in automotive, marine, power applications, HVAC, and more!
  • INSTALLATION: Crimps well with PAPUGA V-70 crimper - ASIN B0H1KH8RQM. Can be crimped with insulated-terminal tools, or insulation may be removed for use with non-insulated crimpers. Disconnect power before working.

Designed for secure, vibration-resistant connections in automotive, marine, industrial, and power-distribution systems. The closed-ring design maximizes contact area and helps prevent accidental disconnection.

Material: Tin-Plated Copper for corrosion resistance and stable conductivity. Wire: For 8 AWG stranded copper wire only. Rated up to 62A at 600V when properly crimped.

Insulation: Red PVC Vinyl (75°C) helps reduce abrasion and short-circuit risk. Insulation may be removed if required; use a bare-terminal crimper if removed.

Crimping Tip: Use a crimper designed for insulated terminals and perform a pull test after crimping. Always disconnect power before installation.

Common Applications: Battery/inverter cables, grounding and bonding, generators, automotive wiring, marine electrical, machinery, automation equipment, amplifiers, and industrial electrical installations.
