This antiserum positively reacts with all stratified squamous epithelia and epidermal appendages like hair follicles, sebaceous glands. It also reacts with epithelia in the urinary tract, stomach, intestine, uterine endometrium, and prostate. It can identify mesotheliomas, squamous cell carcinomas, adenocarcinomas, transitional cell carcinomas, and anaplastic carcinomas.
