This is a 50 µl (lyophilized) polyclonal antibody derived from Rabbit, unaltered by conjugation. It's ideal for ICC/IF and IHC applications on both frozen and paraffin sections, reacting with human and rat samples. Store at 2-8°C before use, and up to 3 months at the same temperature post-reconstitution, with long-term storage at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. It's intended for research purposes only. The immunogen is histamine coupled to HSA, and it's supplied in a lyophilized form, ready to be reconstituted with 100 µl of distilled water. It has been tested for ICC/IF at dilutions of 1:300-1:600, and for IHC on frozen and paraffin sections at 1:1,500-1:2,000, with microwave treatment recommended for paraffin sections.
