Description

SC-13 inhibits flap endonuclease 1 (FEN1; IC50 = 4.2 nM) and activates stimulator of interferon genes (STING). It elevates γ histone H2AX (γH2AX) levels in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells at 40 µM. In vivo, SC-13 (5 mg/kg every other day), combined with CAR-T cells, reduces tumor volume and weight, maintains body weight, and boosts CD8+ T cell tumor infiltrates in a HeLa mouse xenograft model.
