1.Supports only M.2 NGFF SSDs with SATA protocol, compatible with 22x42mm, 22x60mm, and 22x80mm sizes. Does not support M.2 NGFF SSDs with NVMe or AHCI protocols! The adapter card only converts the interface format and does not alter any performance or pass through any chips.
2.M.2 NGFF SSDs have three protocols: SATA protocol, NVMe, and AHCI (note that AHCI is not SATA; when the SATA protocol is upgraded to the NVMe protocol, it serves as a transitional product). This adapter card only supports SATA protocol M.2 NGFF SSDs with two slots. Note that these two slots also accommodate NVMe protocol M.2 NGFF SSDs, and must be distinguished.
3.M.2 NGFF refers to the interface shape of the hard drive. AHCI protocol, SATA protocol, and NVMe protocol refer to the data transfer protocols used for data exchange between the hard drive and the computer. It is important to note that the AHCI protocol is not equivalent to the SATA protocol.
4.Based on the data transfer protocol, the following types can be distinguished: B+M Key SATA data transfer protocol, B+M Key PCIe x2 AHCI data transfer protocol, B+M Key PCIe x2 NVMe data transfer protocol, M Key PCIe x4 AHCI data transfer protocol, and M Key PCIe x4 NVMe data transfer protocol.
5.Product mounting method: Insert the product mounting holes into the recesses of the copper pillars and secure them with screws from the bottom.

Product Description
Reasons for failure to recognize the hard drive:
1.Incorrect SSD protocol.
2.The motherboard BIOS version is too low. Since computer hardware is constantly updated, the motherboard also needs to update its BIOS version to recognize new hard drives.
3.For new hard drives, please enter the system (recommended Windows 8 operating system or higher version), partition and format the drive in Disk Management before use (not recommended to use PE, as many PE system versions are outdated with missing drivers, resulting in the hard drive not being recognized).
4.If the hard drive is recognized in the system but the operating system fails to boot after installation, this is not an adapter card issue but a technical issue, and our store cannot provide assistance.
5.Some motherboards with M.2 slots may occupy the motherboard's SATA hard drive interfaces (due to shared channels, SATA1 and SATA3 are commonly occupied; some motherboards may have other SATA interface numbers occupied). Please try using a different SATA interface for testing.
