The 8" Dadonator (SDB-800) and 6" Dadonator Jr. (SDB-600) are the finest cutting stacked dado saw blade sets on the market. Like its big brother, the 8" Dadonator, the 6" Dadonator Jr. produces virtually polished, absolutely square, flat-bottom dados, even in the most difficult materials. This superior performance is the result of our unique 6-tooth chipper design, high ATB (Alternate Top Bevel) grind, negative hook angle, premium materials, and detailed craftsmanship. The Dadonatorª includes a total of eight saw blades, two outside saw blades, and (six) 6-tooth chippers. The chippers come in three sizes; 1/8", 1/16", and 3/32" thickness, allowing a maximum dado width of 29/32". The 3/32" kerf chipper allows you to adjust the cutting width to give a snug fit when making undersized plywood dado cuts. Each premium blade body is given our exclusive Chrome Armor coating for extreme resistance to rust and pitting. The Chrome Armor coating also allows the blade to resist resin and pitch build-up and makes blade clean-up a snap.
