Industrial High Temperature Electrical Tape, Silicone Adhesive
WOD GC-SH7 is designed to perform under critical electrical applications and high temperatures. The fiberglass fabric construction and the pressure sensitive adhesive offer excellent abrasion resistance and high tensile strength. Thus, WOD GC-SH7 electrical tape is suitable for applications that demand strong adhesion and high-temperature resistance.
Being moderately thick helps it withstand bending, shrinking, rotting, and burning. The Glass Cloth tape adheres well to the necessary regular or irregular substrates. Also, resistant to weather, flame, UV, and moisture helps it maintains its consistence performance in a variety of different conditions; offering a solution to air ingress or leakage issues along with heavy duty fold.
Benefits
Great thermal insulator and withstands critical applications performed under high temperature
Fiberglass fabric substrate, it provides excellent abrasion resistance and high tensile strength to perform demanding applications.
Applications
Quite a few industries including automobile or automotive, aerospace, roofing, and military or defense for stitching and joining purposes. Other usages include packaging or bundling, masking under high temperature, and harness wrapping or attaching. The electrical applications include reinforcing slot or aperture protection, placing electrical parts, intertwining or splicing, armature coil protection. High temperature applications are solenoids, heating transformers, sensitive cables or appliances, and thermal spray covering.
