Description:
The production kit of the logic test pen is mainly used to introduce a logic pen that uses the CD4511BE to control the display of a digital tube. The CD4511BE contains two independent, high-gain, internal frequency compensated dual operational amplifiers, which are suitable for single power supply with a wide range of power supply voltage, and also suitable for dual power supply operation mode. Under the recommended operating conditions, the power supply current is independent of the power supply voltage.
Its application scope includes sensor amplifier, DC gain module, audio amplifier, industrial control, DC gain component and all other operational amplifier occasions that can be powered by single power supply.
Circuit introduction:
INPUT is the level input terminal. When INPUT has no voltage input, that is, after ABCD is disconnected, VT1 is in the saturated conduction state, and the 2 and 4 pins of CD4511 are low level. According to the truth table of CD4511, its 4 pins are hidden control, so regardless of other input terminals of CD4511, its output is all 0. The 7-segment nixie tube is off and does not display.
When the INPUT input is lower than 0.47V (short circuit the CD ends of INPUT), VT1 is off, its collector outputs high level, and the BCD code of CD4511 is input ABCD=0010. After decoding, the BCFE at the output end of CD4511 is high level, and the rest is low level, so the nixie tube will display "L", indicating the logic low level.
