Description

Rubber ESD Floor Mat with Grounding Cable and Heel Strap

This premium dual layer rubber mat is a heat-resistant, anti static floor mat designed to protect sensitive electronics from ESD.

It meets or exceeds the requirments of ESD Standard 4.1, ESD Standard 20.20, EIA 625, MILI-HDBK-263, and MIL-STD-1686.

This ESD mat safeguards sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge, reduces static during assembly and repair, and withstands PCB truck and cart traffic without peeling or curling. The dissipative top layer resists physical damage, while the highly conductive bottom layer provides a rapid discharge path to ground, ensuring effective protection.

Grounding
For optimal electrical performance, this material must be properly grounded. We recommend using our grounding cable for secure and effective grounding. A heel strap is included to provide additional grounding support when used in conjunction with the grounding cable.
