Accurately determine the pH of any solution with the materials in this complete set. Included are three different indicator solutions - phenolphthalein 1%, bromothymol blue 0.04%, and universal indicator solution - along with two pH color test charts with ranges 2-10. To test the pH of any given solution, add indicator solutions dropwise to the solutions until a color change is noticed. Universal indicator will turn from red in acidic solutions all the way to dark purple in more basic solutions. Bromothymol blue will change from yellow in acidic solutions to blue in basic solutions. Phenolphthalein will turn from clear in acidic solutions to a hot pink in basic solutions.

Each solution is supplied in a 30mL dropper bottle for precise, controlled delivery and reduced chemical waste.
