It is a material designed for electronic circuit protection.
Feature:
High temperature resistance: can withstand the temperature range of -50℃~200℃, suitable for high temperature environment (such as automotive electronics, industrial equipment).
Flexibility: after curing, it forms an elastic coating, which can alleviate the impact of thermal stress on components.
Electrical insulation: high dielectric strength, protects circuits from short circuits and leakage.
How To Use:
Clean the surface: clean the surface of the product to be bonded or coated, and remove rust, dust and oil stains, etc.
Glue application: unscrew the cap of the rubber hose, squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, apply it evenly, and close the bonded surface to fix it;
Curing: place the bonded or sealed parts in the air to allow them to cure naturally.
Note: The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the glue will cure to a depth of 2~4mm. If the glue application position is deeper, especially in the part that is not easily exposed to the air, the time for complete curing will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended.
Notice:
Thickness control: Too thick may cause heat dissipation problems, while too thin may affect protection.
Bubble problem: Stand still or vacuum degas before coating.
Poor adhesion: Check surface cleanliness and use primer if necessary.
