For all the boaters who don't have rod holders and just cleats we would like to introduce the DLFender Cleat Version. We have 2 sizes to choose from large and small. They work best on pop up cleats and still work fine on free standing cleats. Small works on 6 inch freestanding and pop up cleats and large on 8 inch free standing and pop up cleats. Will work with 1/4" to 5/8" line
