Damping grease (also known as damping grease or noise reduction grease) is mainly used to reduce the vibration of mechanical parts during movement and provide a moderate damping effect.
How To Use:
1. Thoroughly remove the oil, dust or old grease on the part to be coated and ensure that the surface is dry;
2. Use a scraper to evenly apply the damping grease to the friction parts (such as gears, slide rails, bearings);
3. No need to apply thickly, a thin layer will be effective, and excessive application may affect the flexibility of movement;
4. After assembly, manually test the movement resistance of the parts. If it is too tight or too loose, increase or decrease the amount of grease.
Applicable scenarios:
Electronic products: knobs, shafts, folding screen hinges
Automotive parts: window lifters, glove box dampers
Household items: door hinges, drawer slides
Industrial equipment: reduction gears, precision instruments
Note:
1.Do not mix with dust or other grease, otherwise it may reduce the effect.
2.Store in a cool place with a sealed seal to prevent drying.
3.Do not swallow glue.
4.The weight of the damping grease has an error value of three grams.
