وصف
Product Description:
Our premium black conductive glue offers a seamless solution for repairing and bonding electrically conductive surfaces. Unlike traditional soldering, it requires no heat, making it safe for delicate components. The adhesive forms a flexible yet robust bond, ensuring stability even under stress or temperature fluctuations.
Applications:
1.Fix broken traces on PCBs or touchscreens
2.Repair solar cell connections or LED strips
3.Attach electrodes or sensors in automotive/industrial settings
Package Includes:
Conductive Adhesive 100ml
Brush*1
Scraper*1
Usage steps:
1. Wipe the bonded area, make sure the surface is completely dry to avoid moisture affecting curing.
2. Apply the conductive glue to the area to be bonded/repaired. The recommended coating thickness is 0.1~0.3mm (too thick may affect conductivity and curing speed). Make sure the colloid completely covers the conductive connection points to avoid gaps. Use clean tools (such as plastic scrapers) when taking the glue to prevent impurities from mixing.
3. Gently press the components to be bonded to the glue-coated area and adjust them to the exact position.
4. Room temperature curing: 2-4 hours. It takes more than 24 hours to fully cure.Heating can accelerate curing and improve conductivity.
Notes:
Wear gloves during operation to avoid skin contact.
Keep ventilation and avoid inhaling volatiles.
Excessive application of glue may cause short circuits (especially on delicate circuits).
Avoid vibration or moving parts during curing.
Unused conductive glue needs to be sealed and refrigerated (such as 5℃) to prevent curing or delamination.
If the colloid is stored for a long time, the filler may settle and needs to be fully mixed until the color is uniform.
