How to assemble gypsum sedimentation tank, please watch the video
1. Open the packaging, open the cover plate, and find the PVC sealing adhesive, instruction manual, PVC water pipe (we have replaced the transparent water pipe in the video with a gray water pipe), 3 water pipe joints, and 1 residue filter.
2. The gypsum sedimentation tank has two outlets in total. First, determine which hole to use as the drainage outlet.
3. Apply a circle of sealing glue to the rubber ring, then tighten it. Apply the glue to another water pipe and tighten it. Insert the PVC hose into the water outlet connection and use it as a drainage pipe.
4. Following the same steps, apply glue onto the rubber ring, then insert it into the cover plate according to the video method, paying attention to the direction of the water pipe, and then tighten the water pipe tightly.
5. Install the filter screen under the cover plate, paying attention that there are 2 buckles under the cover plate and 2 holes on the filter screen. After rotating, insert the buckles into the holes to install it.
6. Cover the cover plate, press the edges firmly by hand, and then tighten all the buckles. This completes the installation of the gypsum sedimentation tank.
