WEICON Copper Paste | Protective, separating and lubricating agent for highly stressed parts at high temperatures. PROPERTIES: WEICON Copper Paste is a protective, separating and lubricating agent and is resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, strong adhesion and free of sulphur, lead and nickel. APPLICATION: WEICON Copper Paste is used as assembly lubrication for screw connections and sliding surfaces of all kinds. It forms an effective lubricating and separating film on insertion tools, wear bushes, screws, screwed, plug-in and bayonet connections of all kinds, which protects the functional surfaces against corrosion and fretting corrosion. It can be used to reduce vibrations on brake blocks and guides, brake cams and pins, on car and truck battery terminals and other electrical connections, on wheel bolts or wheel nuts and on wear bushings on electric, pneumatic and hydraulic hammers. SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: First clean the surface to be lubricated with WEICON Cleaner S, depending on the degree of contamination. For screws already in use, treat with a wire brush and clean with WEICON Cleaner S.
