These see-through nose strips use pressure-activated adhesive to stay on your nose 10+ hours if applied correctly. The adhesive won't stick properly to wet, oily or moisturized skin, so please make sure to wash and dry your nose. Careful not to touch much of the adhesive with your fingers, stick the strip on your nose, squeeze & hold in place for 10 seconds. You're done. Fighting congestion is that simple! When you are ready to take it off, just wash your face for 10 seconds in warm soapy water. Remove gently by slowly peeling from the ends.
