  • German Abrasive Material –Made with Germany-sourced ZK765X zirconia alumina (free of iron, sulphur, and chlorine), this abrasive material is ideally suited for universal use on steel. Manufactured under strict European standards.
  • Jumbo Size – Compared with the standard version (90 flaps per disc), its flap length has increased by 50%, the number of flaps has increased from 72 to 90, the amount of sand cloth it has has increased by 88% compared with the conventional flap discs.Over twice the thickness of ordinary flap discs for enhanced durability.
  • Tool-Free Installation–The plastic trimmable backer on these flap discs allows full utilization of flaps, significantly extending each disc's service life. Features a 5/8"-11 threaded hub for easy attachment and removal.

The exceptionally tough grains resist high pressure, while the heat-reducing coating prevents workpiece burn.
