Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline (1X DPBS) is a commonly used balanced buffer solution (pH ~ 7.4) for general lab and education use. The product containes sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate. This product does not contain calcium or magnesium. This product is lab grade, not sterile. Concentration: 137 mM NaCl, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 2.7 mM KCl and 1.8 mM KH2PO4. Usage Statement: Intended for laboratory or manufacturing use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or human/animal use. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
