Note:
For horizontal installation, it is recommended to install the switch horizontally and downward at an angle of 15-20° to reduce the impact of materials.
The wire inlet of the junction box must face down, and the fixing nut of the electric bolt must be locked.
Confirm that the voltage used is correct during power transmission.
The load of the controlled line must match with the switch contact plate
The bridge breaker or vibration motor should be avoided near the product installation,.
The switch should not be installed close to the feed inlet to reduce blade damage and misoperation. If the switch must be installed near the feed inlet, a 2" wide protective baffle should be installed 200 mm above the switch.
Horizontal installation and vertical installation shall be selected according to different models.
When the shaft length adjustable type switch is disassembled and installed on site, when the universal joint is connected with the transmission shaft, the locking nut must be coated with glue, and then locked with a wrench.
The warning of open the cover after cutting off the power supply must be followed in the field installation.
There shall be no toxic gas corrosive to aluminum alloy at the installation site.
The maximum temperature of the tested medium shall not exceed the temperature indicated in the product label.
