▶Fitment--The AC condenser is replacement for 2004-2010 Ford F150 4.6L 5.4L 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009,NOTE: Please check the vehicle type before purchasing.
▶Aluminum A/C Condenser --Made of High Quality AA5052 Aircraft Grade Aluminum Construction. Full Aluminum AC Condenser is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring Aircraft Grade Aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently,Improves Cooling by 35% to 45% Temperature.Stronger & Higher Capacity for Coolant than OEM units.
▶Good Performance--100% Leak Tested, Durability Tested, the ac condenser is a heat exchanger. It condenses the refrigerant from a gas to a liquid. The liquid refrigerant flows to the evaporator inside the dashboard, where it cools the cabin.
▶After-sales Service--Professional installation would be highly recommended ,No Instruction Included., if you have any problems, please contact us first and we will try our best to help you.

Description:
The air-conditioning condenser is located between the car's grille and the engine-cooling radiator in which the gaseous refrigerant sheds heat and returns to a liquid state. The liquid refrigerant flows to the evaporator inside the dashboard, where it cools the cabin.
The condenser works as a car radiator by dissipating out heat but also cooling the high-pressure refrigerant gas, so it forms into a high-pressure liquid, then gets streamed to the receiver-dryer until it continues to the expansion valve.
How to Replace A/C Condenser:
Step 1: Discharging and recovering the AC refrigerant.
Step 2: Condenser removal and replacement.
Step 3: Remove parts that are in the way of the condenser.
Step 4: Take off the A/C lines that run to the condenser.
Step 5: Take off the condenser.
Step 6: Install a new condenser.
Step 7: Install the A/C lines and replace the o-rings.
