Tagua Jewelry are handcrafted from a palm tree nut native to the lush tropical rainforests of Ecuador. Also referred to as Ecuadorean palm tree, it produces several bushels of seed pods a year with up to 100 Tagua nuts per pod. These nuts are then harvested, dried and crafted into a wide range of product from vibrant modern jewelry, to everyday items like shirt buttons. This Necklace set also have acai beads and pambii. These seeds are also from Ecuador and the process is the same as the tagua. They are harvest, dried, crafted and tinted / colored into a variety of colors.
