Vehicle light shades are transparent sheets and come in 4 colored shades. What they are used for? They are used to block bright headlights from vehicles following behind you. They attach to the INSIDE of your side glass windows and rearview mirror. Three are supplied, one for the driver, passenger side and one for the rear view mirror. The transparent colored sheets reduce glare from bright lights form the rear of your vehicle, without restricting you vision. These are the bright headlights that are glaring toward your eyes from the side mirrors (outside), where you watch who is behind you and changing lanes. One is also supplied to stick to the rear-view mirror providing the same protection for bright headlights approaching you from behind. They are also used for sun light that produces glare.
