Prepare for Installation:
Raise the wiper arm off the windshield to the locked position. Take note of how the blade is held in a steel channel and notice the slight wiggle room the blade has within the channel.

Remove the Old Blade:
Locate the notch where the channel widens, typically about 1/2 inch from the bottom end of the blade. Press the old blade inward to compress it, ensuring the end of the blade is positioned within the notch. Pull the blade out of the channel once it's positioned correctly.

Insert the New Blade:
Slide the new rubber strip blade all the way into the arm's channel. Initially, leave it slightly longer than needed to ensure it fills the channel completely.

Adjust the Length:
Eyeball the rubber strip blade and cut it to size so that it fits snugly within the channel. It's recommended to make slight adjustments by making fine snips until it fits perfectly. Leave a little wiggle room so it doesn't snap against the windshield.

Lower the Wiper Arm:
Gently lower the wiper arm back onto the windshield. Ensure it doesn't snap down forcefully onto the glass.
