These are for the Stamped Steel valve covers that come from the factory with sealant and no gasket. These fit the 700 model engines (7000 Series) with Stamped Steel valve covers. Please make sure your cylinder cooling fins are not clogged before installing these gaskets. Clogged cooling fins have been found to cause overheating and subsequent sealant break down. Distance between the top holes is 3.66" Distance between the lower holes is 4.26" Distance between the Top and Bottom holes is 3.97" Check your engine or valve cover to be sure these match your hole spacing. This is a high-quality gasket material and is gas and oil resistant. We use State of the art cutting equipment for exact fit. Many of these engines use sealant for the valve cover. These gaskets replaces the sealant. (Part number 25-597-07-s) You can use the sealant with the gasket too. The Plastic valve covers use a special O-ring in a groove cut into the valve cover, you are only receiving 8 valve cover gaskets.
