This is a New old stock LS Series 58 Tooth Reluctor Wheel Exciter Crank Ring for several vehicles between the years of 2009-2019 with these ( 4.8L / 5.3L / 6.0L / 6.2L ) engines.

PART NUMBER: 12586768
One way to identify if you have a 58x Tooth wheel is to check your crankshaft sensor. The 58x uses a grey sensor. If this sensor is black you will have a 24x Ring. This sensor is located at the back of the block, near the oil pan, on the passenger side of the engine, just above the starter.
