Before recovering or towing, double-check that the winch line and wire rope (sold separately) are positioned correctly in the puller. A little preparation goes a long way in ensuring a smooth operation!
Keep the wire toward the rear approach plate to prevent the cable from rubbing.
The puller should be in the lock position before operation.
