Different containers have a wide array of fuel tank strap requirements. For example, round reefer containers require a heavy-duty strap with high cold formability (withstand minimum temperature) and an insulator covering for current protection. To help you, we've designed a fuel tank strap that is heavy-duty and supports round reefer containers in vehicles. Learn more about it below:-
Strap Proportions: This round reefer heavy-duty fuel tank support strap has a width of 2" (without rubber cover), and 2-2/5" (with rubber cover). It has a strap opening of 37-2/5 inches, bolts on each end, and a rubber cover outside the foil (non-polished). Also, it can fit a 22-inch fuel tank (round reefer container) in the vehicles.
Long-Lasting Material: The fuel tank strap is made of stainless steel (non-polished) that has high cold formability—and fits perfectly around reefer containers (refrigerator containers). The material has great resistance against corrosion and other environmental conditions. Meanwhile, the black rubber cover is engineered such that it covers the strap from both ends.
Design-to-Fit: Our round reefer fuel tank strap is designed to ensure a perfect fit around the tank. It doesn't allow vibrations, road rigors, and other environmental elements to affect the stability of the tank. It has T-bolts on each strap end to ensure a tight and secure snug fit.
Secure & Safe: The bolts (on each end) in the fuel tank strap provide a secure and robust method of fastening the fuel tanks. The bolts fit perfectly in the slot, creating a stable connection and preventing loosening.
