Compressor Installation Instructions
Open the Hood of the Veh Icle and Locate the a/C Compressor
Evacuate the a/C System Using a Refrigerant Recovery Machine
Disconnect the Negative Battery Cable
Disconnect Any Electrical Connectors From the a/C Compressor
Installing the New or Remanufactured a/C Compressor
Flush Evaporators From Inlet to Outlet
Flush Condensers From Outlet to Inlet
This Compressor Comes Pre-Filled with the Correct Amount of Oil. Thus,There Is No Need to Add Any Additional Oil to Your System
Next,Install the New or Remanufactured a/C Compressor
Install and Tighten the a/C Compressor Mounting Bolts
Reconnect Any Electrical Connectors to the a/C Compressor
Reconnect the Negative Battery Cable
Evacuate the a/C System with an a/C Servicing Machine for at 1 Hour
Check the System for Leaks
Start the Vehicle??S Engine and Turn on the a/C System
Make Sure the Windows and Doors of the Vehicle Are Open
