Premium Grade
Excellent fur
Fully prime with no rubbing.
Full face and ears intact.
Strong tail
These a perfect for display, wall mounts, decor and fine crafting / sewing
Medium Grade
Excellent fur but may have slight rubbing on flanks
Face may have large eye holes, a tiny hole, and/or split, partial or missing ear
There may be small holes in the pelt
These are great for sewing and clothing / costume making and crafting
Imperfect Grade
May have a hole, tear, raggedy face, short tail, missing ear(s), etc.
These have excellent fur but may have rubs
May have an imperfect tail
Pelt may have one or all of these imperfections
These pelts are perfect for sewing / crafting projects where the face or tail is not important / used.
No Tail
Excellent fur but may have slight rubbing on flanks
Face may have imperfections but will be intact and have ears
There may be slight imperfections in the pelt, but nothing significant
This pelt will not have a tail.
These pelts are great for sewing / crafting projects where the tail is not used / needed.
Damaged Grade
Pelts may have a badly damaged face or an area of the body that has larger holes / tears. There is still a lot of value in these pelts and they are great for crafting and patchwork.
Note: Real fur and skin pelts may have some smells or shedding...this is normal. The pelt can be gently shaken or brushed and hung up for a few days to remedy these issues.
