Special Features

  • DURABLE. Eye Wash Station Inspection Tags are made of 13-point paper cardstock that is not easy to bend. Cardstock material is not recommended for outdoor use.
  • INSTALLATION. These hang tags are equipped with a reinforced brown fiber patch around the eyelet for superior pull strength. Eyelet diameter is 1/4".
  • WRITE-ON. Tags are a great recordkeeping tool and clearly maintain the record of periodic repair/inspection work. Tags offer a receptive surface that easily accepts writing from a pencil, pen or marker.
  • DOUBLE-SIDED. Tags are printed on both sides (with the same design) so they can be viewed from both sides and offer more space to record inspection details.
