Rebonded foam, also known as rebond, is an open cell polyurethane foam that is firm but flexible and is made from reclaimed foam & scrap foam. Can be use for commercial applications such as restaurants booths and bar seats or Residential applications such as tractor seats, snowmobile seats or floor seating. It is made of shredded leftovers of various types of foam which are then bound together using a glue/adhesive, cured and used in a variety of products, including mattresses.

Rebond foam is made by mixing 80% of PUR recycled flexible foam with 20% raw material in liquid form and pressed into short slabs of composite material. This technology enables extremely high density foams to be produced.
