LIMITED ACCESS: The Fair Housing Act (FHAct) allows a person to keep an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) dog in housing with a "no pets" policy, size or weight restriction. However, FHAct only requires housing providers make reasonable accommodations for persons with ESA dog.
