To remove old caster, turn stool upside down, push down on caster and remove "c" clip with needle nose pliers. Step 2. To install new caster, place spring onto caster post and insert caster into bottom of stool. Step 3. Push down on caster and place "c" clip onto post with needle nose pliers.
