Precautions:
Installation: Before use, recess a slot on the workbench to accommodate the machine's bearing position. Secure the four corner screw holes to the workbench.
Material Limits: Suitable for iron sheets, stainless steel, flat/notched aluminum edges, and aluminum profiles. Do NOT exceed thickness limits to avoid damaging the machine.
Maintenance: Regularly lubricate bearings and tightening handles.
Angle Adjustment: For angles smaller than 45°, manually adjust after initial folding.
Usage Steps:
1.Fix the folding machine to the workbench using the four screw holes.
2.Loosen the locking handle.
3.Insert material and tighten the locking handle.
4.Fold to the desired angle.
5.Loosen the locking handle.
6.Remove the material.
7.Fine-tune the angle manually if needed.
