This is 1/2" fine open cane webbing. Fine open is the most commonly used size in cane chairs. It is exactly 1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of the next hole. It is also exactly 1/2" from the edge of one strand to the same edge of the same strand as the pattern repeats.
