If the livestock shows signs of melting or sludge then we must be notified of DOA within two hours of shown delivery tracking and provided with clear pictures of the received livestock in received condition double bag and sealed. We do not guarantee the survival of livestock in any tank as we have no control over tanks setup and parameters.
