This is a heavy duty professional self-correcting typewriter that accepts envelopes and forms by using right or left knobs. All functions are similar to the office machines in the late 70s, 80s, and 90s and simple for anyone to operate without reading the included manual. Our telephone support consists of real people and is available from 8am to 4pm CST M/F. The only typewriter that is being manufactured today is a very small and mostly plastic 8 pound toy typewriter. Many companies are trying to adapt to it but when typing forms, labels, or envelopes the typewriter will lock up because of it's light weight and such a small rubber roller. We also include a prepaid label that can be used to ship your faulty typewriter as a trade-in or to be refurbished. We will call or email you as soon as we receive it with both the value for trade-in and/or cost to be refurbished.
