If title or color requests aren't put in personalization, we use what's pictured in the main picture (unless that area of the design has names displayed - in which case we will contact you). If “menu” is requested - we always put the days of the week below (unless otherwise pictured on our listing or you specifically request them not to be). If a design has checkboxes and you don't mention if you'd like them on/off, we will use our best judgement.
Please note all our designs are designed with the same lettering format as pictured in the main picture (lettering format as in different areas of the design are all caps, all lowercase, titlecase). We follow this same design style unless you specifically request by writing out “use title case, lowercase, uppercase” instructions in your personalization section. This is our policy since a lot of phones/computers autocorrect formatting when customers are ordering.
