XSmall: Midi finger 1.5/Normal finger size US 5.5 or smaller

Small: Midi finger 2- 2.5/normal finger size US 5.5 to 7 Medium: Midi finger 3- 3.5/normal finger size US 7.5 to 9.5

Large: Midi finger 4- 4.5/normal finger size US 9.5 or bigger

Most usual knuckle/midi-ring size: Small 2 - 2.5 (should fit an average size 6.5 ring finger)
