Your Whiffy may be heated in the microwave for heat relief or may be stored in the freezer for cold relief
3 sizes available: 4" x 9" is good for headache relief, dry eyes, sinus pressure; 6" x 12" is good for the abdomen, back, shoulder or knees; 5" x 23" is good for necks
Fabric: Cotton woven with floral pattern (fabric placement may vary) and matching flannel on the underside. Fabrics are high quality and soft making the heating pad more soothing.
Filler: Flax seed (retains heat better than other fillers) and your choice of herbs (fragrance lasts longer than oils).
Your Whiffy will arrive in a drawstring bag with instruction card. Drawstring bag may be used to store your Whiffy in the freezer.
