Each piece of wood is handpicked for a suitable grain and sturdiness to give you the best product. Which rolling pin should you get? The wood species is personal preference. However, the length has different applications. Long (18-20") - Pizzas, pie crust, anything with a large surface area. Medium (14-16") - This is the most versatile size. You can do anything with this. Mini (8"-10") - Dumpling wrappers, mini pizzas, puff pastry. These are handmade and hand turned from solid hard woods. Each is made from kiln-dried Black Walnut, White Maple, and Siberian Elm. These are solid and made to last a lifetime. Each of these is sanded several times after crafting them, then sealed in all food-safe oils and wax. Comes with Free U.S. shipping and full care instructions.
