Pastel Neon Lavender is a muted purple neon polish. It is soft, creamy, and opaque in 2 coats. Use a good base and top coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure! Some of our pastel neons may glow under black light. All of our polishes are cruelty free, vegan and 5-free (free of camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins.)
