Enhance the aesthetics and functionality of your P365X or XL series firearm with this custom-designed magazine sleeve. Specifically crafted to address the gap issue when using 21-round magazines with these smaller P365 models, this sleeve provides a seamless look for your P365X and P365XL. The sleeve is compatible with the XMacro baseplate from your existing 17-round magazines, ensuring a perfect fit and professional appearance. This practical accessory eliminates the unsightly gap that occurs when using the standard 21-round magazine configuration. The durable plastic construction maintains the integrity of your magazine while improving its visual appeal. Transform your magazine's appearance with this purpose-built sleeve that combines form and function.
Please note that this listing is only for the plastic sleeve and other items such as the magazine and grip module are not included and only shown for visual representation of the completed assembly.
These sleeve adapters also work with aftermarket NDZ PErformance baseplates. They may work with other aftermarket baseplates but other brands have not been tested.
Please note that the temperature of the magazine can effect how the sleeve fits. If the magazine is room temperature to on-body temperature then the sleeve will fit snug. If the magazine is cold then the sleeve will likely fit loose. If for some reason it is too snug to fit on the magazine then all you need to do is cool down the magazine in the refrigerator and then try again. If you find that the sleeve is consistently too loose then you can add some pieces of tape towards the bottom of the magazine, where the sleeve will cover it, and then the sleeve should be snug. You can experiment with different thicknesses of tape and different amounts of tape; such as just a piece on one side or up to 4 pieces on all sides. You can also glue the sleeve in place but we do not suggest doing that. We are here if you have any questions.
My sleeve is SLA resin printed with Siraya Tech Blu Nylon Black professional UV resin. It is one of the best and most durable resins on the market and is commonly used in engineering applications. We do some light sanding and then paint the sleeve with a matte black finish.
