Glass crystal beads are available in aqua, clear, blue sapphire, black, silver, silver-grey, golden, rose gold, dark green, and caramel.

You can use seamstress tape, or a ruler with either string, narrow ribbon, or even a narrow strip of paper. Place the tape measure/string/ribbon where you wear your fitness watch—not too loose or tight. You can also wrap the beaded band around your wrist as you work. Allow for the watch face that is approximately 1.5" long. Watch face is not included.
