Supports the heat output of an M.2 SSD and can prevent the transfer rates from being reduced due to high temperatures. The thermal pads are 70mm x 20mm and are therefore suitable for M.2 SSDs in form factor 2280, 2262 or 2242 - the pads can be easily cut and adapted. The thermal pads can only be used if the distance between M.2 SSD and mainboard, adapter or heat sink is not greater than 4mm.
