Q1. Why can't I open the IP address: 192.168.10.1
A1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Extended network SSID or connect your computer to the Device using an Ethernet cable.
A2. Make sure your computer is set to obtain an IP address automatically
A3. Verify that 192.168.10.1 is correctly entered in the web browser and press Enter

Q2. Why can't I access the network after successful setting?
A1. You may have inputted the router's password incorrectly during setting the extender. The password of the router and WiFi extender must be the same. Please reset the WiFi extender and go through the configuration.
A2. The WiFi extender maybe out of range, please move it closer to the router which should be less than 35 feet.
A3. Please change your router channel to channel 11 and reset the extender.

Q3. How to change the channel of my router?
A. Use a wireless device, connect to your router WiFi, then open a browser in this device, enter your router's ip address in the address bar of the browser
Click "Wireless Settings" and "Channel"
Choose channel 11
