Description

Dynatron N2 aluminum heatsink with stacked fins. Designed for Intel FCLGA4189, Intel's Ice Lake or Cooper Lake architecture processors, to be used in a 2U rackmount solution. It supports up to 270W TDP processor with 23CFM Airflow. It has pre-printed with Shin-Etsu 7762 thermal grease and has Intel's standard captive mounting sets for ease of installation.
