How to Install
1. Open the front cover of the machine, remove the grinding discs, and then loosen the screws that fix the grinding discs and take them out.
2. Reinstall the new grinding discs back to the original grinding discs position and lock the screws, but do not lock them first. First, observe the gap between the inner circle of the grinding discs and the mounting step, and adjust the gap to ensure uniformity. Concentric with the motor shaft. Then tighten the screws.
How to Adjust
1. Put the product back into the grinding chamber, adjust the screw, turn it counterclockwise, then cover the front cover and lock it.
2. Start the motor and tighten the adjusting screw clockwise until the product rubs a sharp sound. Turn off the switch after the motor idles for two minutes.
3. Open the front cover, take out the product, observe the friction marks of the moving of the product and the static grinding piece tooth groove, and touch the product around the hand. If the friction marks on it are evenly distributed, and the heat difference is not obvious, it means that the product is installed in balance and can be used directly without adjustment.
